Bring your donation or request pick-up

Items that fit into your vehicle can be delivered to our donation door during store hours. We may be able to pick up your larger items in our truck for free.

ReStore Collection

Fine items will be sold online or at auction to earn the highest possible return. Read more about donating listed artwork, antique furniture and lighting, china, silver and other collectibles.

Corporate donors

Donate, don’t dispose of slow-moving inventory! Join our other supporters to avoid the costs of warehousing and insuring excess inventory, as well as the expense of trash disposal and hauling.

Donation Guidelines – Please Read Before Donating!

We welcome all offers of new or very gently-used items, but we reserve the right to refuse unsuitable donations.

Please refer to the list of categories below to see if your donation falls within our guidelines and meets our current needs.

Items donated to the ReStore are sold to the general public. We ask that all merchandise be in excellent condition, be 100% operable and be thoroughly cleaned. Items that are broken, scratched or in need of repair cannot be accepted, as we do not have the resources available to refurbish these items.

    • Fill out our Offer to Bring Your Donation form if you’d like us to preview your items before you bring them to our donation door during store hours. You can expect to receive a response to your donation form within 2 business days (Monday through Friday).

    • Fill out our Request a Donation Pick-up form if you want to schedule a pick-up of large items. Everything must be on the ground floor, in a garage or accessible by elevator on day of pick-up. You can expect to receive a response to your donation form within 2 business days (Monday through Friday). Please note: Current wait time for pickups is approximately 1 1/2 to 2 weeks once your items are approved.

Since we are unable to accept clothing, children’s items, tvs, electronics, mattresses, rugs or window treatments, one of the other donation centers listed at the bottom of this page may be a good alternative.
