New Jersey residents and business owners who are looking to donate furniture need to look no further than Morris Habitat for Humanity ReStore. We accept both new and antique furniture in new, like-new or very gently used condition.
Morris Habitat for Humanity ReStore works hard to contribute to both our environment and local community. By accepting donations of unwanted or unused items, we have prevented over 5,800 tons of usable material from winding up in landfills. Furthermore, we are able to resell these items to families and individuals who are looking for high quality items at affordable prices. We are then able to use those proceeds to assist in the Morris Habitat for Humanity mission to build and rehabilitate housing for families in need.
If you are searching for a place to donate furniture, we urge you to consider contributing your items to our cause. We have a donation drop-off at our Randolph, NJ, location, and for those who are unable to transport large items, we do occasionally offer donation pick-up. Before you come to our ReStore to donate furniture, please be sure it meets our acceptance requirements, and for those who may still be unsure if their item or items qualify, we have a donation submission form that you can submit to determine if your pieces meet our restrictions.
Morris Habitat for Humanity Restore also offers volunteer programs to interested individuals and companies. We cannot operate without the generous donation of time by our volunteers. Our volunteer programs are perfect for both teens and adults. Volunteers will be trained and may work in one or more departments including:
If you live or work in Hampton, Glenridge, Livingston, Summit, Montclair or the surrounding cities and have been looking for a worthy organization to donate furniture to or are looking for outstanding volunteer programs near you, please consider choosing Morris Habitat for Humanity ReStore.
