Every item we accept is sold to the general public, and those proceeds are donated to Habitat for Humanity. Our ReStore is one of the few places to donate furniture that benefits consumers and those in need since Habitat for Humanity uses those profits to build homes for underprivileged people in our community.
We offer a lot of variety in our ReStore warehouse thanks to those who donate items of all different styles and purposes. Our list of requirements for donations is another aspect that sets us apart from other places to donate items to, because we only accept excellent furniture that meets our specifications. We strongly recommend everyone who is considering donating items to our ReStore to read through our requirements carefully to eliminate any unnecessary trips to our facility. Some restrictions are for safety reasons, and others are simply because we do not have the resources to refurbish items that come into our warehouse.
