Fortunately, many people understand the importance of donating their unwanted items to a non-profit organization that has an authentic cause. Morris Habitat for Humanity ReStore is an excellent option to keep in mind when you want to donate unused items, because we use the proceeds from our donation center to help build affordable housing for deserving families throughout our community. At Morris Habitat for Humanity ReStore, we accept a broad range of donations including appliances, furniture and more. In addition, you are also able to donate building materials to help us meet our goal of helping 200 families in the coming years.
Morris Habitat for Humanity ReStore is dedicated to serving those in need in our local communities, which is why any contribution to our donation center is greatly appreciated. People who are willing to donate building materials are great resources for us, because their donations directly help us with a project we are working on with a local family or enable us to fund those projects with proceeds earned by selling those materials in our ReStore. Our donation center is open during store hours, and we encourage people who are coming in to donate their items to contact us to review what we can and cannot accept into our inventory.
Unfortunately, due to safety concerns and quality control requirements, we cannot accept the following:
If you are unsure about what we can accept, we do offer a form that can help you determine your item’s eligibility. Once submitted, your inquiry will be reviewed by a member of our team and you will be notified of its acceptance status within a few days.
Morris Habitat for Humanity ReStore is proud to be a reliable, high-quality donation center for those in Denville, Jefferson, Bridgewater, Summit, Hampton and the surrounding regions. Contact us today to learn more about how we impact the community through the donations we receive!
